Weston & Kelsey Porter
Weston and Kelsey first met as teenagers while working their first jobs. Weston trained Kelsey in a bookkeeping role, and what began as a workplace friendship eventually grew into a lifelong partnership.
Today, they continue to work side by side, combining their strengths to serve businesses, nonprofits, and organizations throughout the Chattanooga area.
Together, they share a commitment to faith, family, and helping clients achieve financial clarity and confidence.
Weston Porter, CPA
Owner & Principal
Weston Porter has more than 14 years of experience serving a diverse range of clients, including construction companies, nonprofits, government entities, manufacturers, and other organizations.
After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2012, Weston began his public accounting career and quickly advanced from Staff Accountant to Partner at Chattanooga’s largest locally owned accounting firm.
Today, he serves as Chief Financial Officer for the City of Chattanooga and actively contributes to the community through service on several nonprofit boards in both Chattanooga and Cleveland.
Weston is passionate about helping his clients create streamlined financial processes, gain clarity in their reporting, and make informed decisions with confidence.
Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his three children on the ball field, volunteering at his church, and building dreams with his wife, Kelsey.
Kelsey Porter
Practice Manager
A native of Chattanooga, Kelsey Porter graduated from Chattanooga State Community College with a business emphasis in 2011 and has built her career through experience in office management, bookkeeping, customer service, and records management.
Kelsey is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional support to clients. She enjoys helping create efficient processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that clients receive responsive, friendly, and professional service.
In addition to her role with Porter Financial Services, Kelsey serves as Office Manager at her church, where she enjoys supporting day-to-day operations and helping ministries thrive.
Kelsey's favorite role is being a wife and mother to her three children. When she's not driving from one after-school activity to another, you'll likely find her cooking dinner with Weston, planning the family's next vacation or special event, crocheting, or reading a good book.
